Struthers Police Report: Oct. 17, 2010

AGGRAVATED BURGLARY: At 12:04 p.m., a 67-year-old woman from the 600 block of Garfield said her mother’s house was broken into. A small window was broken on the front door. About $25 of coins were missing and various items were tossed around.

• 8:33 p.m.: Three officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Rockyledge for a verbal dispute. A male advised that a woman was struck by her boyfriend and abandoned at a football game. When they arrived home, a verbal dispute ensued and the male said he was forced to take the boyfriend to the ground, but did not assault him. The boyfriend said he was assaulted, but police didn’t see any marks or stains on the man. Both men smelled of alcohol. They were advised that a report will be on file.
