• 4:19 p.m.: An officer went to a home on Sexton for a vehicle parked in the front yard of a residence. The owner was advised of the city ordinance and moved the vehicle.
VANDALISM/BREAKING AND ENTERING: At 4:20 p.m., an officer went to the first block of Park for a home for sale that was entered. All of the sinks and bathtub drains were intentionally plugged with towels and the water was turned on, causing water to go through the floors and ceilings. The realtor and homeowner were advised of the incident.
• 4:57 p.m.: A woman from the 100 block of Spring said there was a man in a white sport utility vehicle in the parking lot across the street from her who was yelling at a young man. An officer located the vehicle at the corner of Wilson and Argonne and conducted a traffic stop. The man said he was in a verbal argument with his son because the son was arrested earlier. While the officer was taking the call, the son in question had gone to the station and said his father pushed him down. The son was advised to see the prosecutor.
• 11:45 p.m.: A man from the 500 block of Fourth said a suspect threw a large firework or explosive into a fish pond in a vacant lot nearby. An officer spoke to some residents in the area and was unable to get any clear leads.
