RISING ABOVE: On Oct.14, Struthers City Schools were honored at the Eastern Ohio P-16 Partnership for Education Awards Presentation at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman. Margaret Kowach (left), principal of Struthers Elementary School, and Pete Pirone (right), principal of Struthers Middle School, accepted Excellent School Awards. Also present at the banquet was Superintendent Robert Rostan (center), Treasurer Dr. Michael Evanson, board President Dennis Spisak, Vice President David Barone, board member Ronald Carcelli, board member Robert Noble and board member Sheri Noble.
