Home Depot volunteers fix up AMVETS Post 44

STRUTHERS – Home Depot had its Celebration of Service Day on Thursday, Oct. 11, at AMVETS Post 44, 305 Elm St.

Home Depot Volunteers replaced windows, landscaped and painted the exterior of the building along with other projects inside the building. Last year Home Depot volunteers painted the interior of the AMVETS Post and built a handicap ramp.

Home Depot “Celebration of Service” runs from Sept. 11 to Nov. 11 each year with Home Depot Volunteers doing service projects around the country.
