STRUTHERS – Work will begin Monday, April 15, on the Yellow Creek Bridge Enhancement Project on Lowellville Road.
The $335,000 bridge rehabilitation project was awarded to Marucci & Gaffney Excavating Co. of Youngstown.
The bridge currently serves as an entranceway to Yellow Creek Park, managed by the Mill Creek MetroParks.
