Nearly 500 turn out for community Thanksgiving dinner

STRUTHERS – Residents and city workers were treated to the annual High Pointe Church Community Thanksgiving Dinner at Struthers High School on Thursday, Nov. 21.

The Rev. Rob Morris, pastor of the church, said the 16-year tradition is essential to fulfilling an area need.

“There’s so many needs, and we may not be able to help with every need,” he said. “But there’s at least one that we can help, and that’s with Thanksgiving dinners.”
