Members of the First Ward Block Watch gathered at Struthers City Hall for their monthly meeting . Accompanied by Struthers Police Capt. Pat Bundy, the night’s project consisted of building a practice wall for police firearms training. The 11-foot by 8-foot wall wall contains a central doorway the officers will use to coordinate dramatic entries into structures.
