Struthers Elementary Hosts Smile Program

A Struthers Elementary School student gets a checkup as part of the Smile Program, an on-site dental care program, Oct. 21. Smile Programs provide children with preventative services, such as X-rays, dental exams, cleanings, fluoride and sealants. They are a group of committed dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants who promote oral health using portable equipment. All of the services are free and are covered by insurance or financial aid.
