• 3:26 a.m.: An alarm company called and said a panic alarm was set off in the 300 block of Maplewood. After police were dispatched, the company representative said the alarm was canceled and there was no need for officers.
AGGRAVATED MENACING: A 28-year-old man from the 300 block of Elm said a man, formerly of Struthers, threatened to kill him and his wife over a domestic incident several months ago.
• 9:55 p.m.: Dispatched received a 911 hang-up call originating from a home in the 100 block of Harvey. While police were en route, contact was made with the caller, who said her husband was having trouble breathing and an ambulance was needed.
• 5:30 p.m.: A 46-year-old woman from the 400 block of Fifth said she was assaulted when she told her friend she was going to call the police over the way she disciplined her 9-year-old child. Two officers responded and spoke with all parties. No signs of abuse were seen on the juvenile.
