Pets blessed at St. Nicholas Church
Frank Marr Photography. PET PRAYERS: Residents and their furry loved ones came to St. Nicholas Church’s Great Hall on a rainy Saturday, Oct. 5, to attend a pet blessing by John Pasternak. St. Francis of Assisi’s feast day is Oct. 4. He is considered the patron saint of animals.
