PITTSBURGH – The Hometown Journal learned from a source that Ken Stiver, one of two men badly injured in an explosion last month at the Struthers Wastewater Treatment Plant, died last night from his wounds. Gary Wilson, who was also caught in the blast, died earlier this month as a result of his injuries. We will have more on this story as it develops.
