BOARDMAN – Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 7, at the Thompson-Filicky Funeral Home for Patrick A. Marshall, 48, who passed away suddenly from a brain hemorrhage on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Patrick was born on Aug. 8, 1965, in Youngstown, the son of the late Jack A. and Patricia A. (Frantz) Marshall.
He was a 1983 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and lived in the Mahoning Valley his entire life.
He was a chef for over eight years at the Fifth Season Restaurant in Youngstown.
Patrick is survived by his son, Randall A. Marshall of McDonald; his four brothers, Jack A. (Mary Ann) Marshall Jr., Gerald A. Marshall, Thomas D. (Cindy) Marshall and William W. (Helen) Marshall, all of Youngstown; five sisters, Mary J. (Terry) Irvin and Susan A. Whited, both of Youngstown, Laura A. (Dallas) Black of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Linda C. Marshall of Sharon, Pa., and Alice (Scott) Arnold of Miffintown, Pa.; his companion, Mary; her three daughters, Gemma, Mena and Ava, all from Campbell; his former wife, Michelle Volansky of McDonald; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends were welcomed Thursday, Feb. 6, at the Thompson-Filicky Funeral Home.
The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to Randall to help with expenses.
