Crews Resurface Lowellville Road
Frank Marr Photography. ON THE ROAD AGAIN: Construction workers pave Lowellville Road on Wednesday, Oct. 3. The road was resurfaced from state Route 616 downtown to Lowellville village limits. Two inches of asphalt were removed and installed along with sidewalk ramps, curbing, catch basin inlet adjustments, manhole adjustments, valve box adjustments and pavement striping.
