City goes to the dogs (and cats and ferrets)

A DOG’S LIFE: Dr. John Daugherty administered rabies vaccines to animals on Saturday, Oct. 6, at Struthers City Hall. Over 163 dogs, cats and ferrets were vaccinated for $6 per shot by the Mahoning County District Board of Health. The county requires rabies vaccinations for all dogs, cats and ferrets older than 3 months.
